Arbeitsgemeinschaft Balkan-Philatelie promotes the co-operation of the various philatelic groups in the Balkans area.

Founded in 1992, Beta Press Limited is one of the leading media houses in Serbia and Southeast Europe. The company comprises the Beta news agency, Radio Beta-RFI, Radio Sto Plus, and the Beta Media Center.
BETA produce written, audio and video news reports, in up to five languages, about key political, economic, cultural and sports events in Serbia, Southeast Europe, and elsewhere in the world.

CBIB – Cross Border Institution Building is an EU-funded and EC-managed regional Technical Assistance project. Covering all Western Balkan beneficiary countries from five offices, CBIB was launched in 2006 by the Commission in order to support the efforts needed both on the institutional level and among the potential applicants to get the IPA cross-border cooperation between the WB countries off the ground. In addition, CBIB targets a wide regional audience with the aim of raising awareness on IPA, CBC and available funds.

The Center for Democracy and Reconciliation in Southeast Europe is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation that seeks to foster democratic, pluralist and peaceful societies in Southeast Europe by advocating principles of social responsibility, sustainable development and reconciliation among the peoples in the region.

Established by UNESCO and Council of Europe in 1989 and hosted by the Institute for International Relations (IMO) in Zagreb (Croatia), Culturelink, the Network of Networks for Research and Cooperation in Cultural Development, servies as platform for research in the field of cultural development, cultural policies and international cultural cooperation, continuously promoting and strengthening communication and cooperation among cultural networks, institutions, organisations, professionals and scholars throughout the world.

The European Festivals Association (EFA) is the umbrella organisation for arts festivals across Europe and beyond. Over more than 50 years, EFA has grown into a dynamic network representing more than 100 music, dance, theatre and multidisciplinary festivals, national festivals associations and cultural organisations from about 40 (mainly European) countries.

The „Cultural exchange initiative - EU expanding use“  invites artists [and institutions] from throughout the European continent to participate in exhibitions, encouraging cultural dialogue and international cross-boundary networking.

The Regional Cooperation Council promotes mutual cooperation and European and Euro-Atlantic integration of South East Europe in order to inspire development in the region to the benefit of its people. Its work focuses on the priority areas of economic and social development, infrastructure and energy, justice and home affairs, security cooperation, building human capital and parliamentary cooperation.

The South East Europe Media Organisation (SEEMO), an affiliate of the International Press Institute (IPI), is a regional non-governmental, non-profit network of editors, media executives and leading journalists from newspapers, magazines, radio and TV stations, news agencies and new media in South East Europe. With its committees, SEEMO aims to create a bridge between international media activities and the media developments in the region.
